I love Birki's.I am a plantar fasciitis survivor, following release surgery in 2005.Birkenstocks are the only shoes I can wear long term without problems.I wear my Birki Caribbeans at home ALL the time - I can't go barefoot on hard surfaces any more, so these are great for running around, doing chores (they can get wet), and just every day play wear.This is my 2nd pair and I will buy them again.
