I ordered a 7.5M in black and they fit perfectly. They are true to length and true to width. What amazon sent me was 71/2B but i think B and M are one and the same. They are really stylish and go with jeans and i bought it for those italian Deha pants so for times when i need to go from casual to classy i can wear these with them.
I didn't feel they were small in size like the other reviewer. However i dohave to mention that my feet was right at the edge but then my feet are right at the edge for all my sandals. If you need some space in the back, i guess you can order 1/2 size up, it wouldn't hurt
