Review of Azura by Spring Step Women's Bimini Thong Sandal

FINALLY! With 3 days to go until by beach wedding, and after numerous hopeful purchases and as many regretful returns, I've found a perfect blend of comfort, style, and color in this wonderful shoe. My foot problems are: (1) recently diagnosed nerve condition which causes me to need thick, flexible soles plus cushioned insoles,(2) extremely high arches, (3) high instep, and (4) small feet (size 5 or 5-1/2 for sandals, 5-1/2 or 6 for closed-toe shoes). I ordered both the 5 and 5-1/2, decided I'm a 5-1/4, and went with the 5-1/2. The shoe might run a little narrow for some, but works for me. Although I used to avoid heels, this shoe proves that 3-inch wedges can be comfortable (and lightweight). Plus now i don't have to hem my wedding dress! And while I prefer heel straps to hold in my foot, this shoe proves that slides can fit without flip-flopping. The very pale gold color is elegant and a good match for my ivory dress, but can go with casual attire as well. I'm tempted to buy another pair in black. Meanwhile, my search for the perfect wedding shoe is officially over.
