The first time I wore these insoles I ran 5 miles with little fatigue. At the time this was on the longer side for me, but I was running 12-15 miles per week. I got a blister in my arch. Now this sounds like something you would read in a bad review, but think about it, all this running and suddenly I get a blister in my arch. It means I never actually had arch support before. A little more care with my sock selection, some time to heal and I was able to double my weekly mileage. I am now very comfortable running up to half marathon distance.
