Review of Boutique 9 Women's Pippy Sandal

I was attracted to these sandals because they look like a higher-quality version of sandals I bought two summers ago from Ann Taylor Loft. Plus I love shoes that have mixed-metal colors because I feel like I can wear them with gold or silver jewelry. Very cute and unique, but be forewarned that they do look a wee-bit different in person.

The copper-colored stones are pretty chunky. And they are more like cut pieces of copper metal, not transparent gemstones. In addition to the copper metal, there are 5 or 6 smaller light brown gemstones on each shoe. A goldish metal rope surrounds the stones and weaves around the shoe. Sounds like a lot going on when I describe it, but it's really not too much at all. Very, very nice all together.

One qualm: I have a high arch, and have to worry about getting my foot into sandals like this. The arch isn't very high, so there's a good amount of space between my toes and the end of the shoe. I may have been better off ordering a half size down, but that may make the arch narrower. Overall, this issue is negligible, but something to note if you have high arches!
