Although Privo is an offshoot of Clarks, a UK-based company, the sizes listed here are for US customers. When I contacted Privo directly, they were fast and friendly in responding and offering suggestions and clarification.In another product also offered by them, I noticed that a customer recommended ordering half a size smaller. I elected to *not* take this advice, because although I have small feet, they're wider than standard. This worked out well and the shoes fit perfectly - so, if you have wide feet, go ahead and order your normal size. If you have standard/small feet, order half a size smaller for a better fit.
The footbed of these sandals are EXTREMELY comfortable - I feel like I'm walking on a pillow! The only thing I would prefer is if the footbed were black instead of light gray, but I'm not bothered by it too much.
