We lived in San Clemente where Rainbow Sandals are made and drove by the Rainbow Sandal company many times. After buying cheaper sandals we finally stopped and purchased our first pair right before moving. I wish we'd bought 10! They were were so comfortable, we walked the Grand Canyon in them, and made a cross country trip in them. We bought a pair for everyone in the family. My husband, who never, ever, wears sandals, wears his Rainbow Westcape sandals almost everyday now. Sadly, my pair was lost in a leg of the trip, so I'll be buying more. Recommend to anyone!

I am a shoe-aholic. Have been ever since I was 10 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and wore a size 12 shoe. Now this was in 1956, and to get size 12 shoes in anything appropriate to a 10 year old, my father drove to to Chicago, we live in South Carolina, every summer for my shoes for the year.
From then til now, I have not found a pair of shoes I love like Crocs Malindi. They are cut low on the toe, peeping toes, so the foot looks small. Maybe like a size 9 or 10 on me! The colors are fabulous. They are indesctructible. If they get dirty, take a washcloth and soap to them and they are brand new.
I will be wearing these shoes in every color I can find in a size 12 probably the rest of my life. No kidding.

Just got these and they are super comfy!I have back problems and have a very hard time finding heels that I can get through a night in.I think I will be able to get through in these!They are very well made, with ample cushioning for shock absorption, and are really cute as well.

My only negative... and it's not really a negative, just something a buyer should be aware of... is that the sizing is a bit off.I normally wear a nine, so I got the EU 40 which is supposed to be a US 9-9.5 ~ it was more like US 9.5-10.I returned them and got the EU 39 instead (US 8-8.5) and they fit me perfectly.So keep in mind when ordering that they run big.

A very nice pair of sandals to have for Summer 09... they would work equally well with a summer dress for church, or with walking shorts or capris pants for an upscale outdoor party.Yes, they are pricey, but I think that they are versatile enough that you will get your money's worth.

I just got these in black too... that's how much I like them... and I am so pleased with the black!A pleasant surprise... I thought that they would be solid black, but they are actually three toned, just like the white ones.The leather is a mix of black, black patent, and black/gray snakeskin.I am thrilled, they are so cute!!And they actually match the dress I'm wearing them with soon even better than solid black would have.They are also trimmed in silver, all around the footbed, which shows a tiny bit when you're wearing them and is very pretty.These sandals actually sparkle a little when you walk and the light hits them... so they are perfect for a more formal summertime gathering, like a wedding.I love them!I'm not used to spending this much for a pair of shoes, but I have a feeling that I'm going to get my money's worth from them.

These shoes are very cute but the elastic in the back pushes your feet up to the front, which makes the thong right in between the toe very uncomfortable.I would suggest getting at least a half a size bigger than your normal size.I purchased these from overstock.com for $49 so I won't be returning them since I cannot beat that price anywhere else, and they don't have my size anymore.I will just have to suffer through for the sake of being cute. :-)

I'm noticing after purchasing several DV and Dolce vita shoes that the consensus is buy at least a half size bigger.

Not only do these sandals look good, they are very comfortable. The one thing that should be noted however is that they run VERY large. I usually wear a 7 1/2 in all my shoes and I had to get a size 6 in these sandals. I like them enough to order them in another color. Very nice quality!

I love these shoes because they are so comfortable and stylish but don't have the excessive trendy heal upwards of 4in. They fit true to size. The first night I wore them, I commuted into NYC from Jersey, walked quite a few blocks, danced with my girls and came home with no blisters and happy feet. Definitely a good purchase!

These shoes are very cute but the elastic in the back pushes your feet up to the front, which makes the thong right in between the toe very uncomfortable.I would suggest getting at least a half a size bigger than your normal size.I purchased these from overstock.com for $49 so I won't be returning them since I cannot beat that price anywhere else, and they don't have my size anymore.I will just have to suffer through for the sake of being cute. :-)

I'm noticing after purchasing several DV and Dolce vita shoes that the consensus is buy at least a half size bigger.
